On finance and service, my answers are “No”, not as a negative, but I came from Scotland and Johnson’s don’t have a branch nearby. As for payment, I preferred credit cards

The experience at Johnsons Hyundai Coventry was good because I had my car stolen and I needed a car and they went above and beyond to help me. And had a car within two weeks of mine being stolen. Another Hyundia dealership wasn’t even interested in selling me a car when I asked what cars they had in stock. Johnson’s Coventry made me feel welcome from when I walked through the door. Excellent service from all the staff.
